Your Local Biodiversity matters
Biodiversity (the diversity and numbers of plants, animals but also microorganisms!) is crucial to support our planet and our health by safeguarding food, clean water, pure air and shelter. Balanced biodiversity is a healthy one.
In our urban environments, a sharp decline in biodiversity inevitably led to lower air quality and consequently to adverse effects on human health.
With the local biodiversity analysis, we define the quality of this biodiversity, and we show how we use biotechnology to enhance the indoor environment to be more resilient and stronger.
EU Air Quality Ranking
Cities are ranked from the cleanest city to the most polluted, on the basis of average levels of fine particulate matter, or PM2.5, over the past two calendar years.
Place 199/323: Moderate Quality
Air Quality Index
The overall air quality index is moderate but showed a heavy peak in pollution in March.
The annual average is 24 (good), worst peaks are 116 (unhealthy).

Negative Air Quality Impact
Road works and higher intensity traffic have a direct effect on the air quality.
The negative air quality impact is high!
Vegetation around the building location is moderate. The main positive impact on the local biodiversity has a proximity to the city park (less than 100 m).
Microbial air quality
Three allergenic molds can be found in this region from June – to September and May to October
